MANAGERS SECRETARIAT
We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative
support to OVAHS and its organisational meetings and committees; and to the CEO,
Deputy CEO and the greater management team.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply for all positions at OVAHS.
Criteria for applicants
Essential
♦ Certificate 4 or higher in Business Administration and proven experience.
♦ Some knowledge of maintaining and updating social media platforms.
♦ Extensive experience and competence in:
♦ Utilising Microsoft Office Software in the provision of high quality administrative assistance.
♦ Producing high quality presentation of information in a variety of formats.
♦ Organising meetings and production of comprehensive minutes and follow up activities.
♦ Typing, editing and proof-reading high level organisational documents.
♦ Willingness to undergo training and multi-skilling.
♦ Handling sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
♦ WA Driver’s License, National Police Clearance
Desirable
♦ Knowledge and understanding of the issues pertaining to the health of Aboriginal people in rural and remote areas.
♦ Knowledge of WordPress content management system – updating, creating pages,
maintenance.
♦ Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
