OVAHS employs General Practitioners, Aboriginal Health Workers and Nurses to provide general medical care and health advice to clients.

OVAHS also has a small pharmacy onsite that provides free medications and some vaccinations to clients.

OVAHS is not an emergency medical service. The closest Emergency Department is based at Kununurra District Hospital
