It provides the assistance with a reference from the remote community connector or clinic, then organises a meeting the client and communicates with them to fill in the application and collect evidence to submit the information to the NDIS Officer
Target Group: All Members with a disability aged 0-65 years
Referral: Self-referral through OVAHS Clinic,Support Unit or RCC
